Builder names new operations executive

NAPLES — Stock Custom Homes named Richard Cowgill director of construction operations.

Cowgill has 30 years of experience in the construction industry, according to a release. He has been with Stock Development, parent company of Stock Custom Homes, since 2013. Prior to that role, Cowgill served as president of Vision Design and Build Inc. and Cowgill Builders Inc. in Illinois, the release adds. He's also a past chairman of the National Association of the Remodeling Industry of Greater Chicagoland.
