Former Robb & Stucky spot sold

FORT MYERS — A property once owned by furniture retailer Robb & Stucky sold for $6.3 million last week. The 76,783-square-foot building is located at 13170 S. Cleveland Ave. in Fort Myers.

John Mounce, principal at LandQwest Commercial, represented seller National Retail Properties Inc. in the deal. Robb & Stucky International, the newly-formed Chinese company that now owns the rights to the bankrupt retailer's former brand name, bought the space.

Robb & Stucky filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization in February. The relatively quick liquidation process took roughly one month to complete.
