Lee & Associates hits Florida

FORT MYERS -- Lee & Associates, a commercial real estate brokerage with operations across the U.S., opened its first Florida office this week, in Fort Myers.

Lee & Associates Naples/Ft. Myers will be led Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and Richard B. Clarke. Prior to joining Lee, the trio founded Grubb & Ellis/1st Commercial LLC.

Located at 7950 Summerlin Lakes Dr., the Fort Myers location is Lee's 45th in the U.S., and is one of six recent office expansions by the Newport Beach, Calif.-based company. The firm also opened offices in New York City, Atlanta, Indianapolis, Kansas City, Kan., and Greenville, S.C. recently.
