Naples offices sell for $6.5M

NAPLES — C-B Associates sold Countryside Commons, a 44,248-square-foot office park, for $6.5 million. The sale represents the largest commercial office transaction in Naples this year, according to LandQwest Commercial's Adam Palmer, who brokered the deal. The identity of the buyer was not disclosed.
