Port Royal home sold for $8M

PORT ROYAL — A 7,600-square-foot home at 3520 Gin Lane in Port Royal was sold Tuesday for $8.25 million.

“The buyers of the home, who are from Pennsylvania, called our Naples Fifth Avenue office asking for someone to show them a few homes because they wanted to get out of the snow,” explains Aldee Rosenberg, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate. Rosenberg represented the buyers in the deal.

The five-bedroom, six-bathroom home is set on more than 100 feet of waterfront on Smugglers Bay. The property features a dock with two boatlifts, as well as a private gated entry.
