New York buyer acquires Donald Road land

PRICE: $1.32 million

PREVIOUS PRICE: $2.45 million, October 2005

TITLE FIRM ON DEED: First American Title Insurance Co., Winter Park

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: David Laties of Ulster Park, N.Y., purchased 48.86 acres of vacant land on both sides of Donald Road east of Bayshore Road for $1.32 million.

The price equated to $27,016 per acre.

The property, known as River Oaks, features about 34.84 acres of developable residential or agricultural land. It also included 1,000 feet of frontage on the Caloosahatchee River.

Jerome Stewart from Stillwater Homes Realty LLC represented the buyer and Land Solutions Inc. represented the seller.
