ACLU sues Lee County courts

CAPE CORAL — The American Civil Liberties Union accused the Lee County foreclosure court system of unfair practices today. A petition filed with the state's appeals court argues that the “mass foreclosure docket” method the court adopted at the end of 2008 is unfair.
