Stevens Construction Inc. started construction on Collins Vision. The 10,440-square-foot medical office building is being built at 6900 International Blvd., Fort Myers. Collins Vision will feature eight exam rooms, a procedure room and space for diagnostic equipment. It will also feature a reception area, a staff lounge, an eyewear retail area and administrative offices.
