Natural Stone Concepts buys Enterprise Avenue building

PLANS, DESCRIPTION: The owner of Natural Stone Concepts purchased an 11,242-square-foot industrial building for $800,000.

The price equated to $71 per square foot.

The building, on Enterprise Avenue just west of Industrial Boulevard, is on 1.5-acres. Natural Stone Concepts plans to relocate to the building from its existing location at 1025 Power St. The company fabricates and installs granite, marble and engineered stone countertops and natural stone tile flooring.

William Gonnering of Investment Properties Corp. handled the transaction. “The building was in good condition in an excellent location,” Gonnering says.

The purchase entity Mangell Enterprises LLC mortgaged the property to the former owner Pury A. Fernandez for $780,000.
