Grey Oaks Country Clubtransitioning to members

Members of the Grey Oaks Country Club in Naples voted to take over the country club from developer, the Halstatt Partnership.


The turnover agreement provides for a transition period of several years, during which members and the developer will share governance and financial responsibilities.


Grey Oaks features three gold courses, 5,500 square feet of fitness facilities, a tennis club with eight courts and a pro shop. The facility also includes a heated pool and two clubhouses with a total of 84,000 square feet.


The club, off of Airport Pulling Road and north of Golden Gate Parkway, has 850 equity members, 30% of which are non-residents.
