Attorney William Diaz-Garcia II became co-owner of Narrative Coffee Roasters by knowing how to go after an opportunity. When a prime space in Naples’ Mercato shopping center opened up, Diaz-Garcia approached Narrative founder Caleb MacPherson about partnering on the company’s first brick-and-mortar location. Despite heavy competition from national coffee chains, the local roaster landed the space, in part due to Diaz-Garcia’s legal and real estate expertise.
