FORT MYERS — Lee Health and Cleveland Clinic recently signed a strategic alliance agreement to share best practices — marking the return of the Ohio-based medical organization to Southwest Florida.

The two organizations will explore opportunities for service line affiliations and strategic initiatives that can improve quality and efficiency of care, according to a statement. The alliance establishes a framework for how the two health systems will work together, the release adds.
