Prominent real estate agency names new chief marketing officer

Randall Graham has more than 25 years of traditional and digital real estate marketing experience.

SARASOTA — Real estate firm Michael Saunders & Co. has named Randall Graham its new chief marketing officer.

Graham has more than 25 years of experience across both traditional and digital media, according to a press release. He joins the Sarasota-based firm following a 17-year tenure as the vice president of marketing for The Ebby Halliday Companies, a 75-year-old real estate company based in Dallas. Ebby Halliday is one of the country’s largest brokers and a fellow affiliate of Leading Real Estate Companies of the World, Luxury Portfolio International and Mayfair International Realty, the release states. 

“Graham is a creative and strategic thinker, passionate about brand and culture,” says Founder and CEO Michael Saunders in the statement. “Randall and I have known each other for many years through his extraordinary industry leadership and from serving together on luxury advisory boards. His comprehensive understanding of marketing with a passion to better serve our agents and their customers will continue the vibrant growth of Michael Saunders & Company.”  

At the helm of MSC Marketing, Graham oversees a nine-person team of marketing strategists, copywriters and designers.

“I feel quite blessed that I’ve worked for such strong female leaders in the real estate industry — Ebby Halliday for the last 17 years, and now for Michael Saunders,” says Graham in a statement. "Both Michael and I understand that good marketing comes from a passion to support our agents so they can better support their customers. After all of these years of being peers and friends and being able to come up with ideas to move the industry forward, it’s going to be fun to be on the same team.”

Prior to his career at Ebby Halliday, Graham was an entrepreneur. As vice president and founding partner at QuickSilver Interactive Group, he supervised online, marketing and public relations activities for his clients and managed several residential, mortgage and commercial real estate accounts in Dallas, the release states. He was also a vice president at a large public relations firm, during which time he relocated to Toronto to open and run its Canadian office.

Graham has implemented marketing and media relations across the U.S. and in Australia, Canada, Denmark, Hong Kong and Russia.

Michael Saunders & Co. is a network of 24 real estate offices with nearly 700 agents and 200 support team members throughout the Gulf Coast region. The firm provides a range of real estate services, including mortgage, title, insurance and relocation services and a commercial real estate division. The company reported $77 million in gross revenue in 2019.
