National law firm expands construction defect department to area

The Florida practice will focus on construction defect cases for townhouse and condominium associations.

SARASOTA — Law firm Burg Simpson Eldredge Hersh & Jardine has expanded its construction defect department to Sarasota and Tampa.

A team of attorneys led by Shareholder Diana Sada will focus on construction defect cases and represent townhouse and condominium associations, according to a press release.
