FORT MYERS — A marketing, advertising, public relations and brand architecture firm based in Fort Myers announced the addition of a new executive to its team.
Spiro & Associates hired Brittany McCormick as its social media digital marketing manager, according to a news release.
“Brittany looks at social media as one of the most engaging and growing forms of digital marketing out there. She has a passion for staying on top of this trend and bringing our clients with her. As social media evolves and changes, that’s the kind of spirit we need,” Christopher T. Spiro, CEO and chief creative officer of the firm, says in the release.
The release says McCormick will develop and execute social media content for multifaceted clients. Additionally, she will create digital strategies for all clients, as well as the agency, and assist with website rollouts, web content posting and web design.
Prior to leading the social media department of a 30-plus-year-old agency, McCormick designed logos, event/fundraiser posters and photography for Nevermind Awesome Bar & Eatery and its sister restaurant, The Hop — both in downtown Cape Coral — as well as other eateries throughout Southwest Florida.
