Pinellas County TV studio on the market

If you’ve ever wanted to own your TV studio, here’s your chance.

The former WTOG-TV studio in St. Petersburg is on the market for either sale or lease. The 21,246-square-foot studio sits on 0.73 acres at 365 105th Terrace NE just off of Interstate 275 and Gandy Boulevard.

WTOG operates as Tampa 44.

The property — which, according to a marketing email and listing, can be leased whole or in part — includes a sound stage with green-screen wall and lighting grid, control rooms, offices, standby generator with battery backup, freight elevator, chilled-water HVAC and an on-site tower.

The asking price is $1.5 million to buy. A lease price wasn’t available, but the listing says, “Tell us the size and timing you need.” It is currently owned by Incite Ventures, which paid $970,000 for it in 2025, according to Pinellas County property records.
