Sarasota printing company merges with print, mail business

Two family-owned businesses that specialize in commercial printing have merged in Sarasota. Target Graphics, based on 13th Street in north Sarasota, is now part of Andrick & Associates, headquartered on Ashton Road. The merger took effect March 1. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.

Target Graphics formed in 1988 under the leadership of John Masio, who ran the business for decades with his wife, Carol. The company handles offset and digital printing, finishing and bindery services for designers, local businesses and national corporations. Carol Masio will continue servicing Target Graphics accounts as part of the Andrick team, while other key employees from Target Graphics will also join Andrick, according to a statement.

A factor in the Masios' decision to merge was a recent real estate deal. In December 2025, Target Graphics sold its 41,000-square-foot warehouse and office building to Sarasota Rock Realty LLC for $1.55 million, according to Sarasota County property records.

Following the sale, “John and I thought carefully about how we wanted to transition the business and our long-established client relationships.” Carol Masio says in a statement. “Merging with Andrick was a perfect fit on all counts.”

Andrick & Associates has been serving Sarasota and Manatee counties for more than 40 years. Since 1984, it has been assisting companies with printing, design, direct mail marketing and digital campaigns in the area. The company was founded by Jeff Andrick, who died in 2002 and whose step-son took over the business before selling it to Mark and Jane Esbeck in 2015. It remains family-owned and operated, with the two daughters and son-in-law of the Esbecks actively engaged in Andrick & Associates.

The combined business will operate as Andrick & Associates at 5403 Ashton Court.
