The Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront is under new management. Dallas-based Dreamscape Hospitality is now overseeing operations at the hotel along the Manatee River in Bradenton.

Located at 100 Riverfront Blvd. near the Bradenton Riverwalk, the 153-room hotel features amenities including an outdoor pool, flexible meeting and event space as well as a fitness center. There is also an on-site restaurant, The Bistro, that serves breakfast and lunch.

“We are excited to take over management of Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront and look forward to enhancing operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience,” Dreamscape Hospitality President Adam Patenaude says in a statement.

Dreamscape Hospitality uses a “hands-on, high-touch approach” in day-to-day management, according to its website.

The Texas company has 36 properties under management nationwide, including Marriott, Hilton and Hyatt-branded hotels, among others. The Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront marks its third property in Florida; it also manages the Hampton Inn & Suites Bradenton Downtown Historic District and Ambrose Daytona in Daytona Beach Shores.

“Dreamscape Hospitality continues to expand its portfolio through strategic management opportunities with well-positioned assets in strong markets,” Patenaude says in the statement.

The hotel is poised for continued success across business and leisure segments, the statement says, in part due to its proximity to the waterfront; the Bradenton Area Convention Center, which is a little more than a mile away; and the Sarasota-Bradenton International Airport, about 10 miles away.

Dreamscape Hospitality’s management of the Courtyard by Marriott Bradenton Sarasota/Riverfront took effect March 24. Next, the company says it will focus on operational excellence, guest satisfaction and performance growth at the Bradenton property.
