Luxury Naples community sells $50M in homes in first two months of 2026

Homes are selling fast inside Caymas — a new luxury, lakeside community in Naples that boasts 457 homes and numerous amenities. 

The gated, resort-style community sold more than $50 million in residential real estate in the first two months of 2026, according to a release. The surge in sales coincides with last month’s grand opening of a state-of-the-art Sports Park, the release says, and even more amenities are set to open to the public later this year. 

The 780-acre community is off Collier Boulevard, between Interstate 75 and U.S. 41. Its lakefront homes, built by Stock Luxury Homes and Pulte Homes, feature nature preserve views and the added allure of a large lifestyle campus centered on a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse opening this fall. 

“Caymas is off to an exceptionally strong start this year, and the pace of sales shows how powerfully the community’s lifestyle vision is resonating with today’s buyers,” Claudine Leger-Wetzel, vice president of sales and marketing, says in the release. 

On Valentine’s Day, the community celebrated the grand opening of its Sports Park with a celebration that drew more than 200 residents and prospective buyers, according to the release. 

Both Naples-based Stock Luxury Homes and Pulte Homes, a brand under Atlanta-based PulteGroup, are still constructing the community’s homes, offering one- and two-story modern designs with customizable and contemporary features. 

Pulte homes in the community start around $840,000, according to the homebuilder’s website, while Stock homes are selling for $2.5 million.
