A riverfront Naples home has been listed for $14.5 million, and it comes with a $2 million backyard designed by a TV star.
On 3.29 acres, the gated property at 325 Cocohatchee Blvd. is tucked along the Cocohatchee River and comes with an illuminated dock that has two boat lifts and two jet ski lifts.
Lucas Congdon — who owns Nokomis-based pool design company Lucas Lagoons and starred in the show “Insane Pools: Off the Deep End” on Animal Planet from 2015 to 2019 — created the multilevel saltwater pool behind the home, which features waterfalls, fire bowls, a spa and waterslide.

Also outside the more than 7,100-square-foot residence are an outdoor kitchen with alfresco grill and hibachi station as well as a private putting green, propane fire pit and multiple gathering spaces.

Inside, the six-bedroom house features exposed beams and a kitchen with La Cornue gas range, dual Sub-Zero refrigeration and quartzite. There is also a detached guest house and space for up to 10 vehicles in the garage, including lift capacity. The estate was built in 2021.

“Properties that combine this level of acreage, Gulf access and nationally recognized outdoor design are exceptionally rare in Naples,” Jay Westerlund, global real estate advisor for Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Bonita Springs office, says in a statement. “The Lucas Congdon installation alone positions this estate in a category of its own, offering a private resort experience that would be difficult to replicate in today’s construction environment.”
The owners of the estate are Chadd and Andrea Hodges, according to Collier County property records. Chadd Hodges was the co-owner of Best Home Services, a plumbing, electrical and HVAC company headquartered in Fort Myers, which he sold in 2019. In 2025, he started Service Fanatics, a plumbing, electrical and HVAC company also based in Fort Myers.
