JLL Capital Markets arranged $23.15 million in financing for the off-market purchase of a three-building, 169,055-square-foot industrial portfolio in Tampa.

The properties are at 5501 Pioneer Park Blvd., 5519 Pioneer Park Blvd. and 9704 Solar Drive. (Hillsborough County property records had not been updated as of Monday.)

The buyer was a joint venture between East Capital Partners and Westport Capital Partners.

JLL secured the financing through GID Credit. Terms were not disclosed.

As for the portfolio, the properties include a mix of office and warehouse space with 18-foot to 22-foot clear heights, three-phase heavy power, 25 dock-high doors, six drive-in doors and concrete block and concrete tilt-up construction.

JLL says the portfolio is currently 90% occupied by 11 tenants across various industries.

The firm's Melissa Rose and Aaliyah St. Louis worked on the financing.
