LSI Cos., the Fort Myers commercial real estate firm, has brokered a $6 million sale of five commercial parcels totaling 24 acres in Lee County.

The properties are at 307 Parkdale Blvd. and 406 La Perouse Street in Lehigh Acres and at 17928-976 State Road 82.

The buyer is a local LLC named MCIN Bell.

The state’s Division of Corporations databases shows the LLC’s Fort Myers address matches that of the McNew Foundation, a local nonprofit charitable organization.

The previous owner was HML of Leigh Acres.

LSI’s Hunter Ward brokered the sale.
