A three-story waterfront estate on Siesta Key was recently listed for $26 million. At 7366 Point of Rocks Road, the property spans nearly 1 acre and includes more than 180 feet of Gulf frontage. Among the highlights are the infinity-edge pool that appears to merge with the Gulf, multiple terraces, elevator and arched windows.

Spanning 10,600 square feet of interior space and more than 20,000 square feet total, the property provides a “grand yet effortless indoor-outdoor lifestyle, ideal for both elevated entertaining and daily living,” according to the listing.

The Spanish colonial-inspired estate was designed by Sarasota-based CMSA Architects and built in 2020 by Jackson & Associates General Contractors, also of Sarasota. It includes five bedrooms, five full baths and two half bathrooms. Tucked on its own wing, the primary suite comes with a stone-surround tub, double entry shower, coffee bar and two custom closets. The upper level contains four guest suites as well as a family room, wet bar, office and laundry room.

In addition to a large island kitchen with Subzero and Wolf appliances, the property features a prep kitchen, wine room and bar plus fireplace-anchored great room. An outdoor kitchen is complemented by a wraparound bar. Rounding out the offerings are six-plus humidity-controlled garage spaces, a generator and whole-house automation.

According to Sarasota County property records, the homeowners are Arjen de Boer and Jennifer Ponce de Leon. They bought the property in 2012 for $2.1 million.

The listing agent for the Siesta Key estate is Joel Schemmel of Schemmel Soda Group at Douglas Elliman.

Currently, there are three existing houses listed in Sarasota County for more than $20 million, one of which is the Point of Rocks Road property. Recently, a home on Sarasota Bay was listed for $22 million in the Indian Beach neighborhood north of Sarasota. Another residence on the bay — south of Sarasota, in Oyster Bay Estates — went on the market in December and is the most expensive residential property listing in Sarasota County, with an asking price of $26.4 million.
