DeAngelis Diamond, one of the largest builders in the region, has promoted COO Reggie Morgan to president, part of some changes and expansion to the leadership team.
Morgan, according to a statement, will oversee day-to-day operations and “ensure execution of the CEO’s and board’s strategic vision across the organization.” Naples-based DeAngelis Diamond has some $2.1 billion in construction contracts and had $591 million in revenue in 2024.
Co-founders David Diamond and John DeAngelis will serve as co-chairs of the board, the release states. Diamond will continue serving as CEO, the release states, focusing on long-term vision, corporate strategy and executive leadership development, while DeAngelis will concentrate on client development, strategic partnerships and furthering DeAngelis Diamond’s deep commitment to local communities and nonprofit initiatives.
“This evolved leadership structure, and the launch of recently announced Future Bylt, our AI-focused construction technology company, represent a pivotal moment in accelerating our national growth and brand capabilities,” Diamond says in the release. “With John’s client-focused leadership and community impact, and Reggie’s operational excellence as President, and Brett Diamond, President Future Bylt and CAO DeAngelis Diamond, and Robert Lewis, President Future Bylt Advanced Scheduling, spearheading our new technology venture, we are exceptionally well-positioned to deliver even greater value and experience to our clients and team members nationwide.”
Morgan, Diamond says, has been instrumental in the firm’s growth, “helping to lead the expansion of our brand in new markets of Nashville, Detroit, Orlando, Sarasota, and Tampa, as well as the health care construction market.
DeAngelis Diamond has completed over $5 billion in projects across the United States and the Caribbean.
