Another multimillion-dollar Naples estate is up for sale.
This time it’s a recently built 8,770-square-foot gulf front estate at 26 Second Ave. S. in Olde Naples.
The house, which was completed last year, is on the market for $39 million, according to Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Village office. It sits in 0.52 acres and has 120 feet of gulf frontage.
The firm’s Jordan Delaney and Ryan Frost are the agents.
According to the listing, the four-bedroom, four full-, three partial-bathroom house is “decorator-ready” giving whoever buys it “an exceptional canvas for personalization” and features full concrete construction on all levels.
Among its features are elevator service to every floor, a 5,000-square-foot rooftop deck with beach views, two covered terraces, pool and spa, whole-house water filtration, generator, electric screens and shutters, and garage parking for six or more vehicles.
Naples has become one of the priciest communities in the country as buyers from the West Coast and around the globe buy up properties. In April last year, a trio of adjoining beachfront properties in the city’s Port Royal neighborhood sold for $225 million.
The main property, at 2200 Gordon Drive, sold for $113.17 million with the property at 2340 Gordon Drive selling for $46.91 million and at 2170 Gordon Drive sold for $44.91 million.
Nearby on Fort Charles Drive, a local luxury homebuilder is building two houses on $26 million waterfront lot on Morgan’s Cove. The builder, Stock Custom Homes, has not disclosed what the homes will sell for.
The just-listed 2nd Avenue South home was built D. Garrett Construction and designed by Humphrey-Rosal Architects, both from Naples.
According to online records with the Collier County property appraiser’s office, the property is currently owned by Robert J. and Mariann T. Macdonald who paid $11.5 million for it in 2017.
