A 22-story high-rise condominium in Lee County recently opened for residents. Infinity at The Colony contains 96 condos, with views of the gulf and Estero Bay. The building is located within The Colony at Pelican Landing in Bonita Springs.

“This opening milestone sets a new benchmark for luxury waterfront living in Bonita Springs,” The Ronto Group President and owner Anthony Solomon says in a statement. (Solomon was a Business Observer Top Entrepreneur last year.) “It was designed to appeal to buyers looking for true resort-style living with unparalleled services and incomparable views all in a top country club. We like to call it a resort within a resort.”

Among the amenities are a nine-hole, par-3 putting golf course with contouring, turf bunkering and illumination for evening play; a multi-level theater room; fitness and wellness center with steam, sauna and hot/cold plunge pools; pickleball court; family pool; adults-only lap lane pool; four guest suites; two bocce lawns; dog park; and a yoga lawn. Infinity at The Colony also has its own cafe providing poolside food service as well as indoor and outdoor private dining exclusively for owners and their guests.

Condos range from 3,000 to more than 4,100 square feet. All have private elevator access, floor-to-ceiling windows and terraces. Pricing starts in the high $2 millions.

Owners can also opt to join The Colony Golf & Country Club, which has an 18-hole, par-72 course; tennis courts; swimming pool; and fitness center.

The Ronto Group developed Infinity at The Colony in partnership with Wheelock Capital. It is the first of five projects the Naples-based developer plans to deliver between Sarasota and Naples in 2026. Others include The Owen in Golden Gate Point, Rosewood Residences Lido Key, Rosewood Residences Naples and Encore Naples Square.
