North Manatee Soccer Club's ex-treasurer charged in $146K fraud scheme

The former treasurer of the North Manatee Soccer Club has been charged in a scheme to defraud the organization of more than $50,000 after investigators say they found she caused the club to lose more than $146,000 over the last three years.
