After a brief discontinuation, Breeze Airways is bringing back its nonstop route from Tampa to Charleston, West Virginia.

The airline says the flights, on Mondays and Fridays, will begin Oct. 3.

“Breeze continues to be an incredible partner in providing connectivity to underserved destinations from the Tampa Bay region, and we look forward to supporting the success of these routes,” Tampa International Airport CEO Michael Stephens says in the release.

Utah-based Breeze debuted in 2021, with its first flight in Tampa. It now operates more than 300 year-round and seasonal routes to 72 cities in 32 states, with a new fleet of Airbus A220-300 planes.
