The Club at Olde Cypress in Naples, owned by developer and builder Stock Development, is undergoing a $16 million renovation.

The project, according to a statement, will add 10,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor space to the club’s iconic clubhouse “with the goal of creating a new standard for dining, socializing and recreational experiences in the area.”

Excavation recently began to prepare for the installation of a new drainage system, which will support the club’s new kitchen and outdoor bar, the release states. Full-scale renovations are expected to begin in early May.

“Our vision is to elevate the clubhouse to new heights, creating an atmosphere where every moment spent at the club is more enjoyable, comfortable, and luxurious,” Stock Vice President of Sales and Marketing Claudine Léger Wetzel says in the statement. “This renovation is about enhancing the lifestyle and camaraderie that make Olde Cypress such a special place.”

In addition to the major renovation work underway, new spaces and amenities are designed to enhance socializing, dining and recreational experiences for members. That includes a new 2,500-square-foot covered bar and dining area, an expanded second-floor terrace, and the introduction of a golf simulator and a redesigned wine cave.

“We are incredibly excited about the progress we’ve made so far and are grateful for our members’ patience and enthusiasm,” The Club at Olde Cypress General Manager Ken Lanigan says in the statement. “This renovation will elevate the experience at Olde Cypress for years to come, and we can’t wait for everyone to see the final results.”

The Club at Olde Cypress will offer its full range of amenities throughout the renovation, including the P.B. Dye-designed golf course, tennis and pickleball courts, fitness center and pool.

Olde Cypress is home to the first P.B. Dye-designed golf course in Collier County. The club has three categories of membership.
