The developers behind Naples’ Poinciana Park are expanding the property and in search of retail tenants to fill the new space.
Halstatt, an investment firm in the city, says it plans to build a 10,000-square-foot retail center along with a 2,500-square-foot standalone drive-thru Starbucks.
The center is being built on the last remaining parcel in Poinciana Park, the firm says in a statement announcing the expansion.
Poinciana Park is a fully leased, 102,000-square-foot business park at the intersection of Golden Gate Parkway and Airport Pulling Road.
According to Halstatt, available space in the retail hub will range will range from 1,400 square feet to 10,000 square feet and cater to a variety of business needs. Zoning allows for outdoor dining and patio seating, “making it an ideal location for restaurants and cafes,” the statement says.
The space is expected to be available for move in late next year.
Naples-based Halstatt is a family-owned firm that, according to its website, is an “alternative investment house with initiatives spanning real estate, private equity, sponsored buyouts, venture capital and specialty lending.”
Its CEO is Katie Sproul, the great-granddaughter of Collier County’s founder, Barron Gift Collier.
