Tampa, Sarasota wealth management firm adds tax and accounting unit

Graham Capital Wealth Management, a Tampa-based independent Registered Investment Advisor with additional offices in Sarasota and Washington, D.C., is adding a tax and accounting services unit. 

The entity, what Graham Capital is calling a sister organization, will be called Regis Tax and Accounting LLC, according to a statement. It will be run by tax and accounting industry veteran David Gearhart and will serve individual and corporate clients. Gearhart has worked for Summit Wealth Management and Morgan Stanley, and is also an attorney who has represented clients in matters involving the IRS.
