The project, on 5181 Tice St., is being built by Fort Myers-based Stevens Construction.

Situated on 48 acres, Bermuda Lakes, according to a statement, will have six buildings including maintenance, two laundry facilities, guardhouse, compactor and a 14,099-square-foot clubhouse with a commercial kitchen, a gathering hall, a fitness center, storage, offices, a cyber cafe and restrooms to accommodate 152 RV pads. Stevens Construction is also building outdoor amenities, which include a pool, a spa, a gazebo, pickleball and bocce ball courts, and a dock, the release adds.

The project is slated for completion in fall 2024.
