Construction of the first Ritz-Carlton-branded Residences in Naples is underway.

The 128-unit project, from Naples-based Stock Development, through its Stock Residences high-end condo division, broke ground at a celebratory event Nov. 16. More than 100 industry leaders, local dignitaries, owners and top-producing Realtors attended what the company called an “opulent waterfront ceremony to commemorate the milepost — complete with a champagne toast and brunch on the project’s site.”

The project, on 6 acres, is more than 50% sold, equating to $300 million in pre-construction sales, the company says. It’s on 250 Center St. N., with the Gulf of Mexico to the west and Vanderbilt Lagoon to the north, flanked by Vanderbilt Beach. The units, the company says, will be “estate-like dwellings and penthouses, spread throughout five boutique buildings.” Completion and delivery is expected in 2026. Units start at $3.7 million.

“This is a landmark moment for us,” Stock Development CEO Brian Stock says in the release. “Our dream for this project has been meticulously crafted and perfected over the course of many years, so to be celebrating this latest accomplishment, propelling us forward, is a point of overwhelming pride. Even before we began putting shovels in the ground, global interest was rapidly rising, as evidenced by the phenomenal response among homebuyers.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples will include three, four and five-bedroom homes, penthouses and grand penthouses. Units, the release states, will have expansive terraces as well as contemporary European-style kitchens and baths, Cambria quartz countertops, 10- to 12-foot ceilings, Wolf and Sub-Zero appliances, porcelain and wood floors, and private elevator entrances.

Amenities include a 22-slip marina, a verdant park with walking trails, a putting green and covered pavilions. There's also The Vanderbilt Club, a 28,000-square-foot club with a Grand Owner’s atrium and lobby lounge, a private restaurant, a business center and coffee lounge, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and a full-service spa.

The general contractor Suffolk Construction is the general contractor. Other partners include CGHJ Architects, interior architect Cristian Pinedo, landscape architecture firm Booth Design Group and J.R. Evans Engineering.

The Residences’ sales gallery is at 2355 Vanderbilt Beach Road, Suite 106.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Naples are not owned, developed or sold by The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Co. or its affiliates. Stock uses The Ritz-Carlton marks under a license from Ritz-Carlton.
