Tampa International Airport has landed four new nonstop destinations for 2024, coming from Breeze Airways, TPA officials say in a Wednesday news release.

Starting Jan. 31, Breeze will begin service from TPA to Burlington, Vermont. On Feb. 2, the airline will travel to Plattsburgh, New York.

On Feb. 7, Breeze will add Madison, Wisconsin, to its TPA offerings. And on May 10, service to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, will begin, TPA and Breeze officials say.

Three of the destinations — Burlington, Plattsburgh and Myrtle Beach — are new routes that have never flown nonstop to TPA, airport officials say.

Burlington and Plattsburgh will be seasonal in the winter and spring.

Each route, according to a statement, will operate twice a week: Burlington and Madison will operate Wednesdays and Saturdays, and Plattsburgh and Myrtle Beach will operate Fridays and Mondays.

"Breeze's focus is on connecting underserved markets, adding nonstops between cities without existing service," says Tom Doxey, Breeze president. "As we continue to introduce new service from Tampa, we're proud to bring four affordable and convenient new travel options to our guests."

Breeze announced in October that it will start flying a nonstop route from TPA to Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport beginning Jan. 12. That route marks the first time TPA has had nonstop service to the region since 2011.
