A Miami-area pool service company is expanding to Southwest Florida, with an acquisition of a Naples company.
Florida City-based Pool Centurion Group has acquired Naples Pool Service, according to a statement. Financial terms weren’t disclosed.
Naples Pool Service, the release states, was founded in 1969. It provides pool maintenance and repair solutions, as well as renovations of pools, spas, decks, fountains and patios. NPS also offers quality brand pool supplies, including controls, pumps, motors, generators, and parts.
Pool Centurion Group , the release states, is one of fastest growing pool companies offering pool service, repairs and renovations statewide. The company, with at least five brands in Florida, remains in growth mode, officials say in the statement, looking for “additional operators and leading local brands to join the PCG family.”
Dallas-based Generational Equity, a mergers and acquisitions advisor for privately held businesses, worked on behalf of Naples Pool Service for the sale. “This was a great geographic and strategic fit for Pool Centurion Group that allows the company to enhance their expansion into a growing regional market. It was a pleasure working with both seller and buyer, and I look forward to the company’s continued success,” Generational Equity Managing Director, M&A Barry DeWitt says in the statement.
