The campus on University Parkway will include 72 independent living, 94 assisted living and 32 memory care apartments.

SARASOTA — Watercrest Sarasota Senior Living Community is now accepting reservations from prospective residents. 

The 198-unit luxury senior living campus in Sarasota is in the final phases of construction by Walker and Co., according to a press release. It is scheduled to open this fall.
