Homebuilder sees 29% increase over June 2019 sales

The activity for Neal Communities continues a rebound that began in May.

LAKEWOOD RANCH — Southwest Florida homebuilder Neal Communities had 99 home sales in June 2020, an almost 29% increase over June 2019 sales.

The strong activity continues the rebound that began in May, after a market dip in March and April due to buyer caution related to COVID-19, according to a press release. Neal Communities' market region is from Manatee to Collier county.
