CORTEZ — The Seafood Shack Marina, Bar & Grill in Cortez Village has named Joe Rogers its chief operating officer.

During his tenure as a manager and general manager, Rogers opened a 500-seat beachfront restaurant and was a key voice in several high-end renovations for both front and back of house, according to a press release.
