Area firm with global holdings buys Belgium-based business

S-One Holdings Corp. adds another firm to its portfolio.

SARASOTA — S-One Holdings Corp., a digital imaging, design and print company with several subsidiaries worldwide, has acquired the Digiprint Supplies brand from Brussels, Belgium-based Big Fish SPRL.
