Frontier selling vacant Clearwater office building

Four-story building had been part of Verizon deal in 2016

Frontier Communications, which bought Verizon telephone lines in Florida, California and Texas in 2016 for $10.5 billion, is selling a Clearwater office building that was part of that package.

The communications company has retained commercial real estate brokerage firm CBRE Group to market the vacant four-story building, according to real estate research firm CoStar Group and its Loopnet online marketing site.
