SARASOTA — Constellation Data Solutions Inc., part of Constellation Real Estate Group, has acquired offrs.com, an ares firm that specializes in predictive analytics and lead generation in real estate.

Sarasota-based offrs predicts future home sales and transactions, distributing data to real estate agents and mortgage and title companies.
