SARASOTA — Coastal Construction Products, based in Jacksonville, has acquired Construction Chemical Corp. of Sarasota.

Coastal Construction Products is an independent distributor of caulking and sealants, waterproofing and concrete restoration materials. According to a press release, the acquisition comes four months after Coastal announced plans to expand its distribution platform nationwide.
