VENICE — Window and door manufacturer PGT Innovations recently hosted a career fair for over 100 open positions that was attended by about 230 candidates.
At the fair, held Sept. 15, PGT made 128 offers to candidates, according to a press release. Current PGT employees referred almost 50% of those 128 applicants, the release adds. New team members are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.
