Locally owned title company opens third office

NAPLES — Lyons Title & Trust, a Naples-based title insurance company, has opened its third office in executive suites on 5th Avenue South in Naples. Lyons Title & Trust is a locally owned title company founded in January 2009 by Attorney Richard Lyons. The company has 80 years of combined real estate experience in the local market, according to a statement. 

While new to 5th Avenue, the company has been working with residents of Collier, Lee and Charlotte counties for nearly a decade. The Lyons team provides closing, title, processing and escrow services, working with buyers, sellers and lenders. The 5th Avenue location is in addition to offices in Bonita Springs and North Port, south Sarasota County.
