Builder sells three homes for more than $7 million

MARCO ISLAND — Naples-based Stock Custom Homes, the luxury homebuilding division of Stock Development, recently sold three estate homes on Marco Island for more than $7 million.

Sales included a home at 236 Polynesia Court on Marco Island, which was listed at $2.9 million with furnishings; the Malibu at 617 Hernando Drive listed at $2.5 million; and a private custom home valued at more than $2 million that overlooks Marco Bay, according to statement.
