Bank completes first free-standing Florida branch

Stevens Construction finishes building MidWestOne Bank office in Fort Myers with assistance from local architecture and design firms.

FORT MYERS — Three Fort Myers firms teamed up to design and build the first Florida free-standing location of MidWestOne Bank, at 8690 Gladiolus Dr., Fort Myers. Stevens Construction built the 6,689-square-foot bank that includes seven offices, conference room, lobby, coffee bar, tellers and a drive-through.
