SunTrust Banks Inc. announced it appointed Fermin “JJ” Miranda as the bank’s Southwest Florida market president.

SARASOTA — SunTrust Banks Inc. appointed Fermin “JJ” Miranda as the bank’s Southwest Florida market president.

According to a press release, Miranda was most recently with Cadence Bank. At Cadence, he worked in business banking as part of the local leadership team in Sarasota and Manatee counties.
