During his recent annual Market Trends presentation to Southwest Florida-area homebuilders, developers and associated industry professionals, Land Solutions President and CEO Randy Thibault highlighted coming growth in the local market.

Recently, his Fort Myers-based company took measures to prepare for that growth — adding four new staff members in preparation for a robust 2019. (Of course, hedging a bit, Thibault also signaled a warning on the long-term future of the market, telling the audience at the Oct. 30 event that "we're nine years into what is typically a seven-year economic growth cycle.")

“Our vision for 2019 is to enable investors, developers and landowners to continue to make informed decisions,” Director of Sales Justin Thibaut says in a statement. “To achieve this, you need strong partners that complement each other in different areas.”

The new hires include:

• Nelson Taylor, hired to focus on the market analytics of residential and commercial properties throughout the area;

• Anna Peacock, named sales operations manager, where she will also oversee day-to-day operations;

• Annette Keeney, named land services coordinator; and

• Ronda Brewer, named project management consultant.
