Community health organization acquires two pharmacies

Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy and Tampa Family Pharmacy are now part of CAN Community Health.

SARASOTA — CAN Community Health, one of the largest nonprofits in the state devoted to care and treatment of people living with HIV/AIDS, has acquired majority interest in Mail-Meds Clinical Pharmacy in Fort Myers and Tampa Family Pharmacy.

Terms of the deals, which Sarasota-based law firm Williams Parker assisted on, were not disclosed.
