Home sales increase 5% for builder in 2018

Neal Communities has sold 439 homes so far in 2018.

LAKEWOOD RANCH — Lakewood Ranch-based homebuilder Neal Communities sold 103 new homes in April. 

According to a press release, the sales were in neighborhoods from Hillsborough to Collier counties. Year-to-date the homebuilder has sold 439 homes, representing a more than 5% increase from last year.
